Use Your PA Taxes to Increase Access to Art Education
Through Pennsylvania’s Educational Improvement Tax Credits (EITC) program, eligible businesses can support educational programming for youth while receiving valuable tax credits.
By directing your EITC contribution to ArtWell, you help to make free, healing-centered arts education programs accessible to youth throughout the City of Philadelphia.

How it Works
How it Works
The EITC program allows businesses that pay taxes in Pennsylvania to redirect a portion of their tax liability to Education Improvement Organizations (EIOs) like ArtWell.
Businesses can receive a 75% tax credit for a one-year contribution or a 90% tax credit for a two-year contribution.
For example, a business making a $10,000 contribution with a two-year commitment would receive $9,000 in tax credits while ArtWell receives critical funds to advance educational equity across Philadelphia. And, the remainder of the contribution can be itemized on your federal taxes. In this scenario, what costs you $1,000 each year can have $20,000 of impact over two years.
