Dan graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in Political Science. After graduation Dan spent nearly 20 years in various management positions. The majority of these were spent in retail management where Dan gained expertise in Budget Management, Human Resources, and other areas.

In 2016 Dan and his wife, Kara, adopted their two beautiful daughters and he was moved to pursue a career in non-profit. Dan spent two years as the Business Manager for the Christian St. branch of the Greater Philadelphia YMCA where he helped to make improvements to operations and customer service.

In his free time, Dan enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid pickleball player.
