Angela Steel is currently the Founder and Chief Strengths Officer of Fundamentals Coaching LLC.  She received her B.Sc. in Microbiology from the University of Glasgow, Scotland and her Biochemistry Ph.D. at the University of Cambridge, England.  She held numerous positions of increasing responsibility within Research, Project Management and Clinical Development in the GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) Research & Development organization for 25 years and is an active coach, mentor and facilitator.  

She learned about the ArtWell mission and visited a number of community and school sites with the Founder, Susan Teegen, in 2016 and became passionate about supporting the vision of ArtWell and is constantly humbled by the impact that Teaching Artists have on the students and the communities around them.  Continuing her ArtWell journey, she joined the Board in 2017 and has held various roles including Secretary and is currently Co-Chair of the Board.
